Hi, my name is Catie Beaulieu and my pronouns are she/her and they/them. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have extensive training in gestalt therapy. I have a wide-range of education, experiences, and interests which inform my counseling practice. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, an MBA in Organizational Management, a Bachelor’s in Recreation and Leisure, a Certificate of Personal Training, and have completed a 250-hour yoga teacher training program. I flow when playing and listening to music, practicing yoga/mindfulness, dog sitting, camping, reading, and spending time with friends.
While I work with people of different backgrounds and experiences, my specialty is working with people who identify as oppressed. As such, I am LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally aware, and embrace difference. I am relational, process-oriented, and am drawn towards how what you’re bringing to therapy (regardless of it’s past, present, future, or something else) is showing up in the moment. I take a holistic approach which includes an integration of thoughts, emotions, body/somatic experience, sensations, and spirituality.
